Philips is preparing for a new LCD monitor for the launch on the European market. Known 225PL2, makes this new 22-inch monitor backlit by LEDs using the Power Sensor technology that automatically reduces brightness of the screen when the user only a few steps from my office. In addition, it also 1680 x 1050 native resolution, 5ms response time, brightness of 250 cd/m2 and a dynamic contrast ratio 20,000,000:1. The widescreen monitor also comes with a number of connectivity ports, including D-Sub, DVI-D, four USB 2.0 ports and audio in / out. The Philips 225PL2 begin shipping in Europe in September for 219 € (about $ 278).
